Moments of balanced living and boating
One of the most anticipated events of the summer, the Loviisa Housing Fair, started today on Friday. The fair area is a new, maritime residential area called Kuningattarenranta (“The Queen's Shore”), located on the eastern shore of Loviisanlahti bay, which is exceptionally prestigious in terms of its location. Kuningattarenranta offers the opportunity for waterfront living of high quality, almost in the city center.
The area provides magnificent views across the bay to the historical lower town dating back to the 16th century. A floating pedestrian bridge allows direct access from the fair area to the beautiful salt warehouses on Laivasilta pier and further through the old town to the center of Loviisa.
Päijän is participating in this year's fair as part of the boat and leisure exhibition located in the beach area. We offer fair visitors the chance to have small maritime breaks from the hustle and bustle of the fair, and of course, there is an opportunity to acquire your own Päijän or Aerot® on-site.
